Welcome to my FAQ page, your resource for answers to commonly asked questions.
Whether you're considering therapy for the first time or have a few specific questions about how I work, this page offers clear answers to help you feel more informed and at ease.
General FAQ
I work in a non-pathologising way, which means I focus on understanding you as a whole person — not reducing your experience to a label or checklist.
That said, if you've been given a diagnosis like anxiety, depression, or something else, we can absolutely work with that. You're welcome here with or without a formal diagnosis — and we'll shape our work around what feels most helpful to you.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of what it's like to talk with me. If you're still not sure how to choose the right person to work with, this article I wrote shares some helpful things to look out for.
